The Details
In the bedrooms you will find a king bed in the primary, a twin over queen and another queen in the secondary bedrooms. In the living room you will find a queen and twin sleeper sofa along with a 75 inch smart TV to stream all your favorite apps.
The kitchen, there is a well-stocked contemporary kitchen featuring a coffee bar with various Torani coffee syrups, milk frother, electric tea kettle, Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Enjoy your morning coffee on the pool patio soaking in the sunrise while watching the wildlife in the pond.
After your peaceful morning coffee or tea, rent some kayaks to launch at the community boat ramp and dock four houses down from the house and adventure through the canals out to the Manatee River or spend the day at the beach enjoying the powder soft sand at Anna Maria Island. Dig your toes in the sand as you break for lunch or dinner on the beach at The Sandbar or on the pier at Rod & Reel Pier. Need a break from the water? Spend the day shopping or meander through the highly rated Ringling museum.
